For all our contractors we are looking for the most effective and efficient method to facilitate the proposition in a customer centric way. Our organisation is large enough to add significant value, but not too large to garantee personal attention. We strongly believe in a lean/agile way of working for our customers. This style results in having an eye for waist. However, eleminating the waist does NOT mean bypassing a traditional project principles: We at mZeven for example are strong believers in the power of a good ‘old’ Product Breakdown Structure. And as specialists in Earned Value Management, we always use this for our project control.
